A new study reveals that “Bog Bodies” were part of a Millennia-old tradition BOG BODIES: It might be tempting to think that bog bodies occur anywhere where bogs and people have met, but this is not the case. To date, pretty much every bog body has been discovered in Northern Europe, in countries like Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Britain, Ireland, and Poland. There is one exception to this.
