The discovery at the Uğurlu-Zeytinlik Mound reveals the first architectural remains linked to the Aegean’s earliest farming communities, dated to around 8,800 years ago. Scholars had no physical evidence of how the first farmers on the islands lived until now. Among the remarkable discoveries is a marble figurine known as the “ Star Watcher ,” which is believed to date back to the Chalcolithic period (5500–3500 BCE) and may even predate the famous site of Göbekli Tepe. Led by Associate Professor Deniz Sarı from Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, and under the supervision of the Bilecik Museum, the excavations revealed multiple layers of human activity. First one is to tart (tart-mak in Turkish form) means to measure weight of something other one is tarti.   Tarti is the name of devices that measures weight of people or things.  And last one is tart-ismak.  Tartismak means quarrelling or arguing with someone about something.  So ethimologic source of word tart may contain information about comparing and deciding one thing in therms of it's weight.
