I am undone

Writing and research, and also finding out the horrible lies we have been taught and believed, has caused me so much sorrow and sadness... I need to regroup, relax and restore my sanity.

We have not been safe, not exactly. If we had a value, then they kept us around. AND poverty kept many of us dumbed-down. 


We are living through interesting times, and yes, it's hard to stay calm. That's the point: CHAOS, so much chaos, too much chaos... we cannot think and we we cannot watch any TV or think at all. 


Is any of this is normal?
